CEO of Walling Properties and related companies, has over twenty years of multi-family real estate development experience, with nearly thirty-five years of general real estate development experience inclusive of planning and zoning, land subdivisions, commercial, new multi-family and condominium conversions.

Glenn has been primarily responsible for all aspects of the development multi-family communities or condominiums that are now operating, under construction or in the final stages of financing. His entrepreneur skillfulness has been essential under the various market conditions experienced throughout the years. His extensive experience with the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program has proven to be successful as a LIHTC developer in the industry. As the principal responsible developer from conceptualization through lease up, Walling Affordable Communities is best known for their ability to develop in the most challenged market areas that provide quality communities, while improving neighborhoods and providing apartment homes for lower income individuals and families.

In 2013, Glenn Walling, Walling Affordable Communities and the LIHTC community known as Santa Fe Springs (located in Sierra Vista, AZ.) was nominated as Developer/Development of the Year, by the Arizona Multi-Housing Association. Although, it did not win this elite honor, it is honor alone to have developed a community deserving of a nomination.

Walling Affordable Communities, LP, specializing in the development and ownership of Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) apartment homes, was first established in 1995 by Glenn Walling. Mr. Walling has since developed 1,542 residential LIHTC apartment homes. The most recent is the 88-unit tax credit community for the Elderly, known as Casa Del Sol 1 in Sierra Vista, AZ.
